33...Smelly Fish Tank
The description of your 'smelly' tank only leads me
to think it needs urgent cleaning measures. Especially if it smells
like urine.
When you mention urine it makes one think of ammonia, are your fishes
suffering? ammonia can kill fishes in a very short time. Are your filters
in good order? Is your aquarium water mature enough to support fish
life?
There is no other reason for aquariums to smell unpleasant other than
decaying matter of some description, debris, dead fishes, immature water
and filters etc.
I suggest cleaning your tank thoroughly, make sure all debris is removed.
Check you don't have any dead fishes lurking somewhere.
Do a number of small water changes over a period of
days. Make sure you treat the water accordingly. It will be advantageous
to add a bio culture to the water to give your filters a boost.
