Yes swordtails are live bearers, i have 4 swordtails one of them is male and the rest are female. im getting tons of fry but i get confused because i hate putting them in the trap because its small and then they panic but so far i have 2 pregnant swordtails. HOw do i know when they are going to give birth ?

Nice video, tell me are swordtails livebearers, the reason I ask is that they seem quite mobile and large for a day old. I was cleaning my gravel last week and discovered 9 danio fry, that I managed to salvage they werent mobile for 3 days and I thought they were dead, but apparently they liveon their yolk sacs. They are free swimming now and i have them in a breeding tank. How are your fry doing now
